What Happens at Your First Appointment

1. We listen first. Your dentist will ask about your dental history, any concerns, and anything you’d like to change about your smile. If you’re nervous about dental visits, tell us — we adjust our pace, and sedation options are available for future treatment if ever needed.

2. Comprehensive examination and x-rays. We assess every tooth, your gums and soft tissues, and take two bitewing x-rays where clinically indicated so nothing is missed between the teeth or under old fillings.

3. Scale, polish and fluoride. A thorough professional clean, stain removal and a protective fluoride application.

4. Your plan, explained in plain language. We walk you through what we found — with your x-rays on screen — and give you a written treatment plan with itemised costs. No jargon, no pressure.
