Dental anxiety is common and it is worth telling us about it when you book rather than on the day, because it changes how we plan the appointment. Longer appointment times, breaks during treatment, and explaining each step before it happens are often enough on their own.
Where more support is needed, we offer IV sedation and oral sedation. Both are pre-booked rather than arranged on the day, both require a medical assessment beforehand, and you will need someone to take you home afterwards. They are not suitable for everyone, which is what the assessment establishes.
